Terms of Service

TikTap is a browser-based tool. You paste a link to a video that already exists on a third-party platform (such as TikTok), and TikTap helps you save a copy of that video in its original format. No account, no sign-up, no installation.

TikTap is free to use up to a daily download limit. Optional paid VIP passes raise it to 300 downloads a day for their duration — see Pricing.

VIP passes (7 days or 30 days) raise the daily download limit to 300 for their duration. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partner, who acts as the merchant of record. Access starts as soon as the payment clears. Every pass is a one-time purchase and never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your pass is linked to the email address used at checkout, and can be restored on another browser or device with that email.

Because a pass gives immediate access, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered. You are entitled to a full refund for:

• A pass that was not activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment
• A duplicate charge for the same purchase
• A pass you could not use at all because of a fault on our side, reported within 7 days of purchase

To request a refund, email support@tiktap.app with your payment email address.

TikTap does not host, cache, store, or redistribute any video, audio, or image files. Media is fetched directly from the original platform at the moment you download it, and nothing is kept on our servers.

Use TikTap only for content that you own, that you have permission to download, or that you're allowed to download under fair use or other applicable law. You are responsible for what you do with the files you save.

You may not use TikTap for:

• Automated scraping of third-party platforms with scripts, bots, or other programs
• Reselling content
• Redistributing content that belongs to someone else
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring a VIP pass

If you break these Terms, we may end your access to TikTap, including cancelling any VIP pass linked to your payment email. A pass ended for a breach is not refunded.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty. We don't guarantee that it will work at any given time or with any given video. Third-party platforms change frequently, and those changes can cause parsing or downloading to fail at any moment.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version. By continuing to use the site after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
