TikTok Downloader Without Watermark
Paste a link, pick a format, save the file. Videos, photo slideshows and audio.
TikTap saves TikTok videos without the watermark by requesting the clean copy that TikTok's own servers already host — paste the link, tap once, and the MP4 lands on your device.
Where the watermark goes
TikTok stores more than one copy of every post. The file you get from the app's own save button has the bouncing logo and the creator's handle burned into the picture. Alongside it sits a copy without any of that, which is what the site plays back to you while you scroll.
TikTap asks for the clean copy. Nothing is decoded, cropped, blurred or re-compressed along the way, so there is no second round of quality loss — the file that reaches you is the same one TikTok was already serving. That also means the watermark cannot reappear in a corner or leave a smudge behind, which is the usual giveaway of tools that paint over the logo instead of avoiding it.
Video, photos or just the audio
A TikTok link can point at three different things, so the same input box gives you different buttons depending on what it finds.
Video posts come back as MP4 in two sizes: an HD version for a laptop or TV, and a smaller standard version when you are on mobile data or short on storage. Photo slideshows are listed image by image, so you can take the whole set or only the two frames you actually wanted. Any post with sound also gets an MP3 button, useful when you are after the track or a voiceover rather than the picture.
On a phone and on a computer
There is nothing to install and no account to make. Tap Share in the TikTok app, copy the link, paste it here, press Download. Short links that start with vm.tiktok.com or vt.tiktok.com work too — they get expanded automatically, so you never have to open one in a browser first to find the real address.
It behaves the same in Chrome, Safari and Firefox, on phones and on desktop. On an iPhone you can skip the browser entirely: the TikTap iOS Shortcut runs straight from the Share sheet.
What happens to the file
Nothing is kept. Video and audio pass through our server as a live stream, because TikTok's links are signed and expire, and a browser asking for them on its own gets turned away. The bytes are forwarded as they arrive and never written to a disk. Images and thumbnails skip us altogether and come straight from TikTok.
Since there is no sign-up, there is no account for any of it to be attached to.
FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. No account, no subscription, no limit on how many links you paste.
Do you keep the videos I download?
No. Files are streamed through and forwarded to your browser as they arrive. Nothing is written to disk on our side.
Does it work on iPhone and iPad?
Yes, in Safari on iOS and iPadOS. There is also a TikTap iOS Shortcut that saves from the Share sheet without opening a browser.
Can I download photo slideshows and audio?
Yes. Photo posts are listed image by image so you can save them individually, and posts with sound get a separate MP3 button.
